Did you know how many different sole units are available for MTO men dress shoes?

The answer is 8 different types of soles to choose from. They are available for all Men Dress shoes on our Made-to-Order program. You can order any MTO men dress shoes though your private labeled designing platform, using any of the soles below

From the formal and classic Plain Leather Sole, to the new casual Running Rubber Sole, each one has its own personality. Check the differences below.

Some soles are available in multiple colors. And additionally, you can customize the color of other pieces of the sole, like the outsole (edge of the sole) or the welt. There are, literally, hundreds of sole / colors combinations for you to choose from.

The first one is the new Dots sole. It mixes leather and rubber, which is injected in the form of small dots for added grip.

The Dots sole is available in 12 different colors, which are hand painted by our artisans.

On the other hand, the Rocky sole is completely made of rubber, and features a lines tread pattern to create friction, which provides maximum grip and traction.

The Rocky sole is offered in black color, as you can see below.

Elegant. Sturdy. Durable.

Dainite is the only rubber outsole that can be considered luxurious and the best option for someone looking for a long-lasting rubber sole with an added measure of durability. As well as being clean, slick, and applicable to anything from an understated derby to a more rugged service boot – Dainite are applied to footwear using a Goodyear welt – making them easy to recraft time and time again. Also, with the feet on the ground, there is visually little difference between a leather sole and a Dainite sole.

What is Dainite Good for?

Wet weather is the main reason most people should wear Dainite soles over leather. Dainite soles are better than leather soles in the rain simply because the sole is waterproof and does not wear down faster when wet like a leather sole does.

The addition of the Dainite sole to our Goodyear Outsole repository promises a host of exquisite footwear choices that exude luxury and high-end style. With a Goodyear welted double Dainite sole, you can be assured of a good grip in all weathers that will improve the wearability of our footwear.

We have just released a new lightweight rubber sole unit into our MTO program, and it’s available for all Men’s Dress Goodyear Welted styles.

Made from a sturdy rubber compound, the new off-white Moreflex® Vibram® sole unit is the perfect choice for rough and wet weather. Besides being waterproof, they also provide improved grip performance, superior flexibility for extra walking comfort, and excellent durability.

You can customize this sole with any of the welt styles available for goodyear welted shoes, which includes the Country and City welts, in black, dark brown and natural colors.
